Terms and conditions

1. Service

Tidyo is an app for keeping track of cleaning priorities in a household. We aim for a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login details secret.
• You must not misuse the service (including no unauthorised access and no causing disruption).
• We may suspend or end accounts in case of misuse or a breach of these terms.

3. Household and housemates

Within a household you can manage rooms, items, and housemates. Make sure you have permission to process housemates' data (for example names).

4. Use “as is”

Priorities and cleaning scores are aids, not a guarantee that something is “done” or hygienic. Use your common sense when cleaning and for safety at home.

5. Intellectual property

The software, name, design, and content of Tidyo are protected. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal or household use.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, Tidyo is not liable for indirect damage, lost income, or loss of data, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes

We may change the service and these terms. For material changes we try to tell you reasonably (for example via the app or email). If you keep using the service, the new terms apply.
